Welcome!

Welcome to gianinline's blog, the official place to get in touch with Kozer Auto.
I've been asked before to create a place where people can check out my projects and parts already available for purchasing.

The idea of creating parts, specifically for the fifth generation accord has grown within me in the last few years.  Sometimes, i wish i could have something other than what's normally available in the market to install in my car.  I started out making drawings, and proceeded to creating models to check fitment and clearances.
My very first project was creating aluminum lower control arms for the 5th gen accord.  This involved a great amount of research and development, it included making prototypes, and also testing the parts to ensure they could withstand the abuse.

After a final design had been chosen, it was time to turn the idea into a real machined LCA.
The aluminum of choice is A-5052, which is highly resistant to salt water corrosion, great for machining and anodizing (the process in which you can add a color to the surface of the aluminum).
The company hired to machine (3G Metalurgica) the aluminum billets to create the Lower Control Arms holds a ISO-9001, which is an international standard of production, quality and control of the goods offered.
The company hired to anodize the LCA's (Lukol) also is ISO-9001 certified.  The arms were offered in 3 different colored finishes, red, blue and gold.  This not only adds style to these unique parts, but they can also wishstand surface scratches that could normally ruin the finish of the unprotected aluminum.

Designed to work on both lowered and stock suspension.  These arms come with polyurethane bushings, custom made by Mitsubor for durability and high performance over the stock rubber bushings found on the OEM lower control arms.
I am very happy to be able to offer choice in customizability for the 5th gen accords and Acura CL's that share similar chassis.  Kozer Auto has more to come.  Stay tuned!
